Café Weimar has been established in 1900 and constitutes an institution of the Viennese Coffeehouse society. Certainly, a lot of things have changed since its foundation more than a hundred years ago. In the course of time, the owners of the coffee house had been faced with challenges a several times. Nevertheless, Café Weimar made it and still exists.

For the Diglas family this Historic Café is a jewel that has to be retained for future generations.
