The Founder and President of the European Historic Cafes Association, Vassilis Stathakis, is going to be in Portugal, (3-7 June 2019), representing EHICA.
The President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Anastasiadis, and the Founder and President of the European Historic Cafes Association (EHICA), Mr. Vassilis Stathakis, had a meeting at the Presidential Mansion in Nicosia on Thursday 16 May.
The Founder and President of the Historic Cafes Association Mr. Vasilis Stathakis had successful meetings at historic Cafes in Vienna, Salzburg, Bratislava and Budapest (11.11.2018- 18.11.2018).
The European Historic Cafes Association (EHICA) traveled in Trieste, on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, in order to participate at the the inauguration of the Italian Association for the Protection of Historic Literary Cafes.

The President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Prokopis Pavlopoulos, visited the Historic Cafe “Kipos” on Wednesday 3 October, early in the afternoon. Mr. Pavlopoulos is the first President of the Hellenic Republic to visit the Historic Cafe “Kipos” since it was founded in 1870.
The 8th International Advisory Forum “Cultural Routes” of the Council of Europe was held this year at Gorlitz, Germany (26-28 September).
The meeting was held on Monday, July 16. At the meeting Mr. Pavlopoulos was informed about the 10th International Advisory Forum of the Council of Europe “Cultural Routes” that will be held in 2020 in Chania. Also, Mr. Pablopoulos was informed about the starting of a new “Cultural Route”, the “Historic Cafes Route”.
