Historic Cafes Route will be happy to welcome Historic Cafés, Associations/Organizations/ Unions, Private or Public Bodies and private citizens into a unique Route that protects and promotes the history, heritage and legacy of Historic Cafes.

With nearly 70 members from 15 different countries, membership in the Historic Cafes Route grows steadily every year! All HCR members participate in an International Organization with specific aims and with specific aims and the objective to safeguard and promote Historic Cafes’ culture, heritage, history, arts, architecture, gastronomy…

All members must comply with the values and principles of the Council of Europe and namely Human Rights, Cultural democracy, Diversity, Mutual Understanding and Exchanges across boundaries.
